Recipes
Creativity extends into the kitchen with deliciousness.
Growing up in a Vietnamese household, cooking is the epicenter of everything we do - from hosting, entertaining to celebrations - food was an activity in itself and nourished our soul. When I ask my mom for a recipe for anything like Pho - she would say there's no receipe, I need to look at it, listen to it and taste it.
Here are a few of my favorite dishes - bon appétit!

Late Summer
Hierloom Tomato Tart
Simple, delicious and when heirloom tomatoes are in season - make it everyday. Lycopene is an antioxidant and super good for your skin!

Summer
Blistered Shishito Pepper
These very snackable nightshades are so simple to make and watch out, one of ten will catch you on the 200s Scoville scale.

Winter
Vegetable Broth
Nourish the home, mind and body with this universal clear broth. Warms up the house with beautiful aromatics and moisture during cold dry winters. Have on its own or paired with noodles and proteins.

ALL SEASON
Chicken Phở
My mom came over and taught me how she makes chicken pho - my all time favorite Vietnamese chicken noodle soup. A bowl of love served with vibrant fresh herbs packed with flavors of home.
